Our SHIKO Udon Bar pays homage to our Chef’s home-style cooking and family recipes from Nagoya and Tokyo. Our iconic Nagoya style Kishimen noodles are flat-shaped instead of round to bring out a more unique, chewy and silky texture served alongside our Chef’s Signature Dashi Soup. The noodles are the heart of the Udon, but the soul of the bowl is the broth.

Our noodles are made fresh everyday using only premium Japanese flour. Our classic Japanese comfort food is freshly made every day in our kitchens. In addition to an extensive udon offering, SHIKO showcases many classic Japanese bites and delicacies.
